You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, upload malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, reverse engineer the platform, or engage in harmful or abusive conduct. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users retain ownership of all operational and asset data uploaded to WalkieCheck.io ("Customer Data"). By uploading such data, you grant the Company a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
While WalkieCheck.io uses commercially reasonable safeguards, the Company does not guarantee the preservation or availability of stored data. Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data.

The Service may integrate with third-party software or services. WalkieCheck.io is not responsible for third-party systems, services, or data practices.
Certain features may require payment. Fees will be disclosed prior to purchase and may change with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of service.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses resulting from downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failure, internet outages, or security incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkieCheck.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding a claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalkieCheck.io and its affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
WalkieCheck.io may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. Users may terminate their account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." WalkieCheck.io makes no warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of asset tracking.
The Company shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Mississippi.
